Graeme Sperber, President and co-founder of Somerset, studied building science in South Africa and has over 25 years’ experience in the project management and construction industry. His experience in complex projects, both through project management and execution is demonstrated by the success of his teams and satisfied stakeholders. Graeme has been lead Project Manager on large projects in Canada and South Africa. Graeme's experience included dealing with a huge Chinese commercial and residential city aimed at Chinese Manufacturing facilities outside of China. He too managed 350 townhomes and to date has managed projects in excess of $175M in value.

  • Extension of a WWTP in Carletonville, Khutsong, South Africa. ~ $4 Million 

  • Kloof Mine in Cartonville, Shaft Replacement . ~8 Million 

  • Anglo Gold Ashanti – Shaft Replacement ~ 5 Million

  • New WWTP in Kokosi, Fochville, South Africa.  ~$ 12 Million
